Communication was very timely and efficient. Included in her services were a meet and greet in our home prior to the wedding, along with the actual wedding day events. At the meet and greet, she had a full questionnaire that she walked through with us to make sure she had all the details she needed for the big day. On the wedding day itself, her preparation showed. She picked our dog up from our home, dressed him in his tux :), brought him to the venue, helped facilitate him for pictures and during the ceremony, and then took him home to feed him and settle him in for the night. I am so so happy that our wedding coordinator recommended Cylie! For all the furbaby parents out there, we all know we want our furbabies to be a part of our special day, especially a special day like a wedding! It's also tough to let a stranger watch over your dog for hours, but let me tell you, Cylie didn't feel like that at all and not even to our dog. Cylie was very approachable, communicative, and asked all the questions to make sure everything was executed perfectly!
Cylie is amazing!! We were so lucky to have found her to help us on our special day. She was so good with our husky, and was such a big help keeping her calm during our photos and ceremony. We had a couple things change throughout the day and she was very understanding and willing to do anything we needed to make the day go smoothly.
